Approximate cuts include:

20% steaks

30% roasts and all other cuts

50% Ground Beef (80:20 fat content) 

Whole beef* share is approximately 440lbs +- of 21 day dry-aged premium beef.

1/2 share* of beef is approximately 220lbs.

1/4 share of beef is approximately 110lbs.

1/8 share of beef is approximately 55lbs.

USDA certified and vacuumed sealed.

NOTE: We do not ship this item. Pick up at ranch only. We do offer delivery within 100 miles. Freezer space needed for 1/2 beef is 8 cubic feet. All orders can be modified by adding requests in the customer note box at the bottom of the order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Always cut your steak against the grain for optional texture and tenderness.

It's best to thaw a cut of beef in the refrigerator, or in the sink in COLD water. Remember to allow steaks to come to room temperature before cooking.

You should let a steak sit for 5 minutes after cooking before slicing it. If it's a thinker cut, allow 10 minutes before slicing. (Rule of thumb is 5 min per inch of thickness.)
